Description
Will NASA Remember Me? is an eloquently written narrative, absorbing the reader into the author’s environment of parental insanity, ignorance and indigence, unfolded across 7 American States for 20 years. In search of a better existence, he began an 8 year military learning experience with travels across Africa, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Holland, Switzerland and Thailand, then fighting in a divisive Vietnam War, while coping with the trauma of the violent death of his brother. Academically unprepared to properly persevere in America, but supported by the controversial affirmative action program, he enters into the scholarly complexities of NASA’s Apollo and Space Shuttle Mission Control Centers for the next 42 years, pitted against the competing Communist Russian Space Program.
